These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ThinkWeave application and the ThinkWeave website at thinkweave.app. By using ThinkWeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ThinkWeave, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ThinkWeave.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Filtercode Ltd, trading as ThinkWeave. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the Changes to These Terms section below.
2. About ThinkWeave
ThinkWeave is a productivity application designed for Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. The app allows you to:
- Create and organise notes with rich formatting
- Manage tasks with priorities and progress tracking
- Organise work into projects
- Record and transcribe audio
- Tag and search across all content
- Sync content across your Apple devices via iCloud
ThinkWeave integrates with Apple Intelligence to provide on-device features such as note summaries, smart titles, task extraction, and tag suggestions. All AI processing occurs entirely on your device.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use ThinkWeave, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the app.
ThinkWeave uses Sign in with Apple and iCloud for authentication and data sync. There are no proprietary ThinkWeave accounts. Your Apple ID governs your access to the app and your synced content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ThinkWeave only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app, including introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of ThinkWeave or any third party through your use of the app
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the app in a manner not expressly permitted
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the app
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ThinkWeave — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, icons, and documentation — are owned by Filtercode Ltd or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use ThinkWeave on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
This licence does not grant you any rights to:
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app
- Distribute, sublicence, or transfer the app to third parties
- Use the ThinkWeave name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create within ThinkWeave, including notes, tasks, projects, tags, and audio recordings ("Your Content").
Your Content is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. ThinkWeave does not access, read, analyse, or claim any rights over Your Content. We have no ability to view or retrieve your data from iCloud.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
ThinkWeave offers a freemium pricing model:
- Free tier: Core functionality with limits on the number of notes, tasks, projects, and audio recordings.
- Premium subscription: Unlocks unlimited notes, tasks, projects, and audio recordings.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. By subscribing:
- You authorise Apple to charge the subscription fee to your Apple ID payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, with notice provided before the change takes effect.
8. Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions for ThinkWeave are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
To request a refund, please visit Apple Support — Request a refund or contact Apple Support directly.
We are unable to process refunds independently as we do not handle payment transactions.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or revoke your licence to use ThinkWeave if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Use the app in a manner that could harm ThinkWeave, its users, or third parties
- Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
Since ThinkWeave does not maintain proprietary user accounts, termination means revoking your licence to use the application. Your Content remains in your iCloud account under your control.
You may stop using ThinkWeave at any time by deleting the app from your devices. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it through your Apple ID settings to avoid continued billing.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
